Ron grew up in a military family living in Virginia, New York, Germany, California, Japan, Arkansas and settled in Largo Florida at the age of 13 and graduated from High school in 1966. He started selling real estate in 1974 after building a few homes in Clearwater/Pinellas county Florida. He worked with Rogers & Cummings/ Merrill Lynch /Prudential/ Arvida/ Coldwell Banker from 1980 to 2006, Florida’s largest real estate company and got his Florida Brokers license in 1982. He received Top agent of county 2 times in 1987 and 1992 in Clearwater Florida with the above companies. In 1992 he wrote and received best article of the year award for an article relating to correctly pricing property in Florida Realtor magazine.
He was in Presidents or Chairman’s circle production level since 1985. In 1996 he married his awesome wife Toni.
In 1999 he moved to Boca Raton/Delray Beach Florida area and did as well in that new market as he had in Pinellas County, even though he knew no one when arriving. Ron had consistently closed $6-8 million annually in the South Palm Beach County market until he left Florida to be near his grandchildren in Bluffton SC, August 2006. Ron’s success is due to the following: In August 2006 he learned the Bluffton market by visiting all the new construction sites and touring new listings at broker opens. He is not afraid to work long hours because he enjoys this business. With his digital photography talents, he creates color brochures and organizes himself with the computer. Experience has taught him to be very patient and polite with people and put their needs in front of his own. Solicitation of new business by calling potential and former customers is part of his everyday routine when he is not actually listing or selling something. This has enabled him to reach a high level of sales achievement quickly.
